Frequently Asked Questions

How does your business operate?

You send us the products, we take the images, enhance them in Adobe Photoshop, let you preview them, then return your items with a CD.

We are unable to send you our products. Can you visit our premises and take photographs on site?

Yes, but subject to a minimum order of 10 pictures.

Can we have our images in a format other than JPEG?

You can choose any industry standard including TIFF, EPS and PDF.

How long does it take for you to deliver?

Our standard delivery time is 72 hours. If you require the images urgently we will do our best to deliver in 24 hours at extra charge.

Can we preview the images before you send them off to us?

We can either email them to you, or put the images online (password protected) for you to check. Once you are satisfied, we will then send you copies of the images on CD.

Do we own the copyright of the images?

Once you settle the invoice, we will then send you a copyright release form.

Can we have more than 1 item in an image?

Yes. We charge by the number of photographs taken rather than the number of items in a frame.

Can you cut out the images ready for the web?

Yes, but there is a small charge. See our Prices page.

Can we specify a background other than white?

Our standard background is white but you can choose any colour you like.

We would like to use you. What should we do next?

Check with us that your items are suitable to be photographed. We will send you a copy of our terms and conditions together with a job form for you to complete and enclose with your items. We will take care of the rest.
